Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting the Skid Row Running Club. All orders are fulfilled and shipped through our logistics partner, Flexport, to help us deliver items efficiently.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships.

Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–7 business days

  • International: Not available at this time

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@skidrowrunningclub.com — we will do our best to update it before fulfillment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can occur and are outside our control. If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management first.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at contact@skidrowrunningclub.com and we will work with Flexport and the carrier to investigate. Replacements or store credit may be offered at our discretion, based on the outcome of the investigation.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated.

Refund Policy

Because the Skid Row Running Club is a small nonprofit with limited resources, all apparel sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or size exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
